Trethowans newest recruit
Derek Bryer joins the Private Client team in Salisbury bringing the number of lawyers in our private client team to 15. Derek will be helping clients with everything from inheritance tax planning, wills and probate matters involving lasting powers of attorney and court of protection.
Derek, who qualified in 2012 is a member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) and has two years’ experience dealing primarily with contentious trust and probate matters.
Head of the team in Salisbury James Hammersley said: “We’re delighted to have Derek on board in what is set to be an exciting and busy year for Trethowans. There are some significant changes to inheritance tax afoot in 2017 and Derek is perfectly placed to help guide our clients through them.” Derek added: “Trethowans has a sterling reputation and I’m excited to be a part of the well-respected team.”
