Daniel graduated from the University of Southampton in 2012 and thereafter completed the LPC at the University of Law in Manchester in 2014, where he obtained a Distinction.
Daniel’s route into Law was a varied and interesting journey. Daniel initially worked in the financial sector for a major high street bank for around 2 years, and then worked as a Paralegal for both regional and international Law firms for a further 4 years prior to joining Trethowans as a Trainee Solicitor in 2018.
Daniel qualified as a Solicitor within the Private Client team at Trethowans in 2020.
Daniel thoroughly enjoys working in the private client sector, and particularly thrives on developing close relationships with his clients which allows him to best serve their bespoke needs.
Daniel has working closely together with a Partner from training to Qualification and has a particular experience in handling the Administration of complex Estates which are subject to Inheritance Tax.
Daniel also specialises in preparing Wills which require the need for a “Digital Executor” and administering Estates which contain Digital Assets.
In his spare time, Daniel has a keen interest in playing badminton and tennis and enjoys creative writing.
