Juliette qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in December 2020 after spending several years training in catastrophic injury claims. She has extensive experience assisting on complex multi-track claims including brain injuries, spinal injuries and severe orthopaedic injuries.
She joined the Personal Injury Team at Trethowans in February 2022 where she currently acts for clients who have been involved in serious accidents. She has also acted in claims against the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority (CICA), where the client has suffered particularly severe injuries as a result of a violent assault.
Juliette also deals with some clinical negligence claims particularly in regard to delay in diagnosis and claims involving incorrect / substandard treatment.
