Nikki is a qualified HR professional and Associate member of the CIPD with over 10 years’ experience gained in various HR positions. She joined Trethowans in January 2022 and is responsible for providing support and guidance on all aspects of HR.
Nikki is also a member of the Wellbeing Committee and a qualified Mental Health First Aider (MHFA). She is passionate about ensuring our people are happy and healthy! Nikki is based in the Southampton office, but her role means she also visits our other offices on a regular basis.
