I am an Associate working in the Winchester Residential Property Team. I have been conveyancing for 20 years, during which time I have gained a wealth of experience and knowledge carrying out residential property transactions.
I enjoy conveyancing and have dealt with many high value properties. Specialising in rural transactions, listed buildings and drainage issues such as septic tank/treatment plant problems, I have also worked extensively on new build and development work.
In addition to this, I have renovated 5 houses of my own, which this has given me great knowledge of property maintenance and planning issues which have also been of great value in my work.
Previously, I have enjoyed meeting with Developers to advise them on potential difficulties the title to their land and their build plans may impose from a conveyancer’s point of view.
I pride myself on being very calming in stressful situations, which is so important with the stress of conveyancing. I am good at helping clients understand the complex legal wording on their matters by relaying this to them in a way that they can easily understand.

Away from the office
I enjoy swimming, walking, climbing and love to cook for friends and family. My main passion though is oil painting wildlife from my own photographs, which has led me to some fantastic trips, including a Botswana safari with one of the world’s most famous wildlife artists.
