Emily is a solicitor in the Poole Private Client Team at Trethowans. She qualified as a solicitor in January 2019.
Emily has a experience advising and assisting executors in estate administration matters, including making applications for Grant of Probate, dealing with HM Revenue and Customs on inheritance tax issues, post death variations and all estate administration practicalities following a death.
Emily also has experience in advising on Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney for the protection of property, capital and other assets during lifetime and upon death.
