I am a Partner in the firm’s Banking and Finance Team. I work primarily with corporate borrowers and lenders on regional, national and international transactions, from term sheet stage through to full documentation and completion.
I have experience in a wide range of finance transactions, including acquisition finance, property finance, project finance and general corporate lending. I have advised on small bilateral deals through to complex multi-lender transactions and am very familiar with bank standard form and LMA documentation.
I trained and worked in London at Travers Smith, before joining Womble Bond Dickinson in Southampton. I joined Trethowans’ new office in Bournemouth in January 2019.
I am a ranked in Chamber and Partners 2022 guide as ‘Up & Coming’ lawyer.

Away from the office
I live in Mudeford, Christchurch in Dorset and like to be by, or preferably in, the sea whenever possible. I spend most of my spare time at the beach playing with my two small children or doing yoga on a paddleboard.
I have been a competitive gymnast, played lacrosse for England Under 21s and am a qualified coastal skipper.
