I am head of the firm’s Banking team. I have experience across all types of finance transactions, facility agreements, security structures and complex subordination and priority arrangements. I am also experienced in managing cross department teams on projects as well as managing multi-disciplinary and/or multi-national teams of other professionals on regional, national and international projects to deliver work streams on time and within the agreed scope.
I act for major UK lenders and significant corporates and key clients include Lloyds Bank Plc, Santander UK Plc, HSBC Plc and Post Office Limited.
In the 2018 Solent Deals Awards, I was presented with the Lawyer of the Year Award.

Away from the office
I enjoy most outdoor activities and am an avid sailor. If time allows, I like to head to the mountains for skiing, climbing and/or yoga. Otherwise I say nothing beats a glass of red, roaring fire and a good book.
