I use my 34 years of experience as a qualified solicitor to give sensible and practical advice to my clients in a clear and easily understandable manner, paired with a friendly approach.
I am a full member of STEP (The Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners), membership of which is recognised as the “Industry Standard” for Private Client professionals. I was also recognised as a key contact by the Legal 500 (2017).
"Thank you so much for all your help and support to Mary – and eventually to us. We have been so impressed by your hard work in managing Mary’s estate keeping us 'in the picture” - with your friendly communication – Mary would have been delighted! With our very best wishes Louise, Kate and Robert."
Case Study
I have successfully applied to the Court of Protection for an Order of the Court to approve lifetime gifts, for a client who had substantial assets but had lost mental capacity. This saved the family a large amount of Inheritance Tax.
