Thank you so much for all your help and support to Mary – and eventually to us. We have been so impressed by your hard work in managing Mary’s estate keeping us “in the picture” with your friendly communication – Mary would have been delighted ! With our very best wishes Louise, Kate and Robert.
Gary has successfully applied to the Court of Protection for an Order of the Court to approve lifetime gifts by a client who had substantial assets but had lost mental capacity. This saved the family a large amount of Inheritance Tax.
