I am a Chartered Legal Executive in the Salisbury Private Client Team, specialising in Wills, Powers or Attorney and Probate and Estate Administration. I have 15 years experience, having worked in the Private Client sector since 2000, qualifying as a Legal Executive in 2002 before going on to be admitted as a Fellow in 2009.
I have experience in advising individuals on the protection of their property, capital and other assets during their lifetime and upon their death, enabling them to retain control of their finances and personal affairs through Lasting Powers of Attorney.
I also act and assist executors in estate administration matters, including all practicalities following a death, making applications for Grant of Probate, estate administration, negotiating with HM Revenue & Customs on inheritance tax issues and post death variations.
"Jenny’s ability to navigate and explain the sometimes ponderous language associated with Wills and Succession is admirable. She is patient, sensitive and professional in her approach." - J Parr

Away from the office
I live in Salisbury with my partner and two sons; much of my spare time is taken up with my boys, who are both keen footballers. I also enjoy eating out, travelling and walking. I am also on the PTA of my local primary school.
