Areas of Expertise
Since joining Trethowans, I have successfully represented Ladbrokes at a number of contested hearings. “Julia is always well prepared, composed and eloquent. Challenging objections have been overcome by her persuasive legal argument,” the client commented.
I recently acted swiftly to be heard on an Expedited Summary Review, seeking instant closure to prevent that, and successfully concluded over 20 Licensing Act appeals without having to take the matter to final hearing.
