I was instructed to provide employment advice on a multi-million pound, multi-service outsourcing agreement. The services were all being provided to our client by multiple different existing suppliers. Those services were being transferred simultaneously to a single, new supplier. We provided tailored advice on TUPE and the related information and consultation processes. I provided related advice on mobility clauses and collective redundancy issues. We drafted and negotiated the employment warranties and indemnities for the entrance and exit in the Outsourcing Agreement. As a result of my assistance, all of the multiple transfer processes were smooth and successful.
