Simon was instructed to provide employment advice on a multi-million pound, multi-service outsourcing agreement. The services were all being provided to our client by multiple different existing suppliers. Those services were being transferred simultaneously to a single, new supplier. We provided tailored advice on TUPE and the related information and consultation processes. We provided related advice on mobility clauses and collective redundancy issues. We drafted and negotiated the employment warranties and indemnities for the entrance and exit in the Outsourcing Agreement. As a result of our assistance all of the multiple transfer processes were smooth and successful.
