Since the GDPR came into effect five years ago, IPs have been faced with a new set of challenges when dealing with personal data in insolvent estates.
During this webinar, our panel of experts will discuss the role of the IP and the officeholder’s duties in connection with handling personal data, as well as common issues which arise for IPs and how you can avoid unwittingly falling foul of the GDPR.
