Trethowans boosts residential property team as demand for homes grows

Mariana Crawford joins the residential property team in Salisbury with a wealth of experience in the residential property market, having helped hundreds of buyers across Wiltshire, Bath and North East Somerset secure their dream homes over recent years. She specialises in a wide range of property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, lease extensions and enfranchisement, new-build properties, transfers of equity and remortgages.
