Kate is our HR Manager, responsible for the overall HR function at the firm. She brings over 15 years’ experience in HR and is an Associate member of the CIPD. Her role is to look after the wellbeing of our team and make sure we build and strengthen our firm’s brand values.
Kate has overall responsibility for all HR areas including recruitment and retention, learning and development, performance management and recognition and reward. This involves working closely with our Team Leaders, Partners and wider team to ensure that firm policies and procedures are followed. She also works closely with our training partner, Lucy Gleisner, and takes an active part in the trainee recruitment programme each year.
Kate is a member of the firm’s management Board. She is responsible for the design and implementation of our HR strategy, which is aligned to the firm’s overall business strategy.
Away from the office
Kate loves spending time with her family and friends, particularly exploring the local area either by foot or by canoe on the Hamble River. When she has time, Kate enjoys running and planning her next summer holiday or weekend break.
