Zoe is a Senior Associate Solicitor in the Family Team based in Winchester. She qualified as a solicitor in 2010 and has over 16 years advising clients on all aspects of family law in the Winchester area.
Zoe provides specialist advice on divorce and separation, financial settlements, pre and post nuptial agreements and all matters relating to children. This includes applications for child arrangements orders and applications for leave to remove children from the jurisdiction. She has considerable experience handling complex and contested children proceedings, including cases requiring fact-finding hearings, and regularly advises parents in matters involving Children’s Services.
Zoe also advises unmarried couples on their legal rights and has extensive experience dealing with property disputes, including applications under The Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 (TOLATA).
As a member of Resolution, Zoe is committed to resolving family disputes in a non-confrontational and constructive way, always considering the needs of the whole family. She is also accredited by the Law Society Family Law Panel, a recognised quality mark demonstrating a high level of expertise, knowledge and competence in family law.

- Advised in a wide range of complex family law matters, including contested Children Act proceedings, disputes involving parents and grandparents and successful applications for leave to remove children from the jurisdiction.
- Represented a parent in proceedings progressing to the Court of Appeal.
- Successfully obtained a committal to prison order on behalf of a father where the other parent had repeatedly breached a child arrangements order without justification.
- Successful acted for a mother in a highly contested application for leave to remove children from the jurisdiction following complex Children Act proceedings.
Away from the office
Zoe lives in Hampshire with her husband and two young children, who keep her busy outside of work. She is a keen football fan (watching rather than playing) and also enjoys reading and learning about Tudor history.
