- Representing a wife in financial proceedings where the husband had taken a second wife in Pakistan and had dissipated marital assets to purchase property and assets in Pakistan.
- Representing a husband in proceedings where a second property was owned jointly with other family members and considering joining the parties, also considering treatment of assets held by a family trust, where wife was trustee.
- Representing a father in contested children act proceedings through to a final hearing where Children’s Services had been involved, contact had needed to be supervised and a guardian was appointed on behalf of the children.
- Issuing enforcement application for wife to enforce current level of maintenance and representing wife on husband’s application to vary maintenance.
- Attending the High Court with an injunction application to regulate occupation of a jointly owned holiday home.
Away from the office
Amy lives in Hampshire with her husband and two boys. She enjoys keeping the children busy with various adventures, going to the theatre/music events and catching up with friends over a brew.
