Louisa attended the University of Law to complete her degree and LPC and her Masters. Having qualified in July 2020 Louisa has joined Trethowans Family team as a solicitor.
She is able to advise on all areas of divorce and dissolution, private children law matters and financial matters including but limited to: Cohabitation Agreements, Pre and Post Nuptial Agreements, Separation Agreements and Schedule 1 Children Act 1989 applications.
Notable work highlights
- Representing a Father in a Prohibited Steps application where the Mother tried to flee the country with the child.
- Representing the Husband in enforcement of financial consent order proceedings.
