Beth is a Paralegal in the Corporate Team at Trethowans. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Winchester (obtaining First Class Honours), completing her dissertation in corporate attribution and the illegality defence. She then completed the Legal Practice Course at The University of Law, Guildford (obtaining a distinction, with 93% in Business Law and Practice). She particularly enjoyed the business law and practice, commercial law and intellectual property modules.
Prior to joining Trethowans, she has worked in a variety of areas including family law, residential property and wills and probate. Beth now provides support to the Corporate Team to provide support on transactional work, corporate governance and company secretarial matters.
