I am in my second year as a trainee and am due to qualify as a solicitor in September 2019. I am currently completing my third seat in the Employment Team where I provide support to all members of the Employment Team on a variety of cases, including Service Agreements and Contracts of Employment, Settlement Agreements, TUPE, Redundancies and a variety of employment disputes and Tribunal claims.
I previously gained a breadth of experience in the Commercial Litigation and Family Teams, where I provided support to all members of the teams on many different types of legal matter.
I graduated from the University of Southampton in 2016 with a 2:1 in LLB Law (Hons). I then went on to complete the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Guildford and graduated with a Distinction in July 2017.
Alongside my studies, I gained experience as a Legal Assistant in the Residential Property Team at a high street law firm, before commencing my training contract with Trethowans in September 2017.
Away from the office
I enjoy dancing and long country walks. I also enjoy charity work and particularly enjoyed the 26-mile Stonehenge Trek in aid of the Alzheimer’s Society. On a day-to-day basis, I enjoy reading, catching up on the latest Netflix series and general arts and crafts.
