What our clients say about Andrew
“We would follow Andrew Crudge wherever he went. He’s brilliant. The legal and the HR teams both trust Andrew completely and enjoy working with him. We are yet to fox him with a problem (in spite of some strange ones!). He’s a brilliant lawyer, knows our business well and is fun to work with.”
“Whether it is working with Andrew in the Employment team on a long term project or needing an immediate answer on a problem, Andrew’s support and advice is invaluable and his client care superb. Andrew is quick to grasp the issue, understands our business and takes a commercial approach to reaching the solution. Andrew is not only available for the thorny issues in employment but is a trusted adviser for ensuring that the business has the policies and procedures in place that employers need to be compliant.”
“Andrew was absolutely brilliant. In my HR role I had lost confidence in my ability to manage a very difficult situation and I needed to be absolutely sure that I was following the correct procedures. Andrew was extremely helpful and responsive and managed the process with advice and templates to ensure I was on track and following a fair and accurate procedure. His guidance through the process and quick replies were exemplary and I will most definitely use his services again if required. I trust him and felt that I was in very safe hands. I stopped worrying and slept at night. Thank you Andrew.”
