Dual-qualified consultant solicitor and chartered surveyor joins Trethowans’ agricultural and rural property team

Trethowans is pleased to announce the appointment of Tom Hyde as a Consultant in its highly regarded agricultural and rural property team in Salisbury, which is ranked Band 1 in the South and nationally recognised for Real Estate: High Value Residential (National Leaders – Outside London).

Tom brings over 20 years of experience and as a dual-qualified solicitor and chartered surveyor in the Rural Faculty of the RICS, Tom offers a rare blend of legal and practical expertise. His practice focuses on non-contentious agricultural and rural property matters, including sales and purchases, landlord and tenant relationships, share and contract farming agreements, mortgaging and re-mortgaging, easements, covenants, sporting rights and renewable energy projects.
