Tom brings over 20 years of experience and as a dual-qualified solicitor and chartered surveyor in the Rural Faculty of the RICS, Tom offers a rare blend of legal and practical expertise. His practice focuses on non-contentious agricultural and rural property matters, including sales and purchases, landlord and tenant relationships, share and contract farming agreements, mortgaging and re-mortgaging, easements, covenants, sporting rights and renewable energy projects.
In June 2025, Tom joined Trethowans’ growing Agricultural & Rural Property team as a Consultant, based in the Salisbury office.
