The charities team at Trethowans hosted a programme of webinars covering a range of legal topics for charity trustees, employees and volunteers.
Risk is a factor that trustees should regularly review and assess within their charity. This session looked at good governance in risk management, as well as considering what action to take when things go wrong.
This included looking at the requirements for and process of reporting serious incidents to the Charity Commission.
