I am a Newly Qualified solicitor (qualified in September 2021) and have joined Trethowans upon successful completion of my training contract at another local firm, where I previously worked for six years.

In my previous firm, part of my training was in the Litigation team, which exposed me to various contentious issues spanning across commercial litigation and property litigation. These included dealing with contract claims, professional negligence, property possession claims, and beneficial ownership/equity disputes. Throughout my training, I was also fortunate enough to take part in multiple methods of Alternative Dispute Resolution, such as mediation and round-table meetings with clients and the other parties.

Prior to my training, I worked as a conveyancer for around 4 years, so I have good experience dealing with transactional property related matters, too.

I graduated from the University of the West of England (Bristol) in 2014 with a First Class qualifying Law degree. I also attended their Law School on a part-time basis whilst working in 2016/2017 and passed the Legal Practice Course with commendation.
