Charities Webinar - Charity property

The charities team at Trethowans are pleased to invite you to a programme of webinars covering a range of legal topics for charity trustees, employees and volunteers.

This webinar looks at the requirements the Charities Act 2011 and the new Charities Act 2022 places on charities when dealing with property transactions and the additional obligations that it imposes on them, particularly when it comes to disposing of property and/or any transactions with ‘connected parties’, as well as good practice when dealing with charity property.
