As Finance Director, Andy oversees the firm’s finance function, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations with the support of a dedicated finance team. In addition, Andy sits on the firm’s board and works closely with the other board members to help shape and deliver the firm’s strategic direction.
Andy helps team leaders across the firm with financial management, working with the Managing Partner to address any areas that require attention and provide practical advice.
