Lou Earp is the Early Careers Manager for the Lawfront group, bringing many years of experience in the legal industry and a genuine passion for developing the next generation of legal professionals. Lou works across all areas of early careers, using her deep understanding of law firm life to create meaningful, accessible opportunities for aspiring and established legal talent.
She has strong relationships with universities, colleges, schools and local authorities, working closely with education providers to both identify emerging talent and ensure Lawfront and Trethowans play an active role in shaping future legal careers. Mentoring and coaching are at the heart of Lou’s work, two distinct but equally rewarding approaches that she uses to help individuals flourish, grow in confidence and achieve their goals.
As someone who is ADHD herself, Lou also coaches and mentors neurodivergent adults and children, offering a safe, supportive and judgement‑free space grounded in empathy and lived experience.
Lou is a committed EDI Advocate and Ally. She holds a Level 5 qualification in Managing for Equality and Diversity and an award in Corporate Social Responsibility, with a particular passion for equity in the workplace and the wider ESG agenda.
