Having joined Trethowans LLP in 2006, Kate has progressed her career at the Firm and is now the Head of People & Culture, with overall responsibility for the HR function. Kate has an excellent understanding and in-depth knowledge of the Firm and its people; but one of the most important parts of her role is to ensure the wellbeing of its people and to make sure that the Firm’s core values and its culture is protected and maintained.

Kate is a member of the Firm’s Management Board and also has responsibility for the design, implementation and delivery of the Firm’s HR strategy, which is aligned to the overall Firm’s strategy.

  • Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) – Associate member since 2008.
  • Mental Health First Aider.
