The charities team at Trethowans hosted a programme of webinars covering a range of legal topics for charity trustees, employees and volunteers.
This session looked at some of the key issues that may arise with estate administration where a charity is a beneficiary, which may include where a charity has been left a legacy or is a residuary beneficiary. This included looking at the rights of the beneficiaries under the Will and what information they are entitled to and can request, as well as the suitability of executors and key issues that may arise.
