Emma Whiteley is the Business Development Manager for United Law, a regional support network established by Trethowans for independent law firms across Dorset, Hampshire, Wiltshire and West Sussex. The network enables member firms to refer clients with confidence when they’re unable to assist, either due to capacity issues, conflicts of interest or the need for specialist legal advice.
Emma is well regarded for her approachable and knowledgeable style. She works closely with member firms, helping them navigate referrals, access legal expertise and make the most of the network’s wider benefits, including events and operational support.
Now in its second decade, United Law continues to offer a collaborative and practical solution for law firms looking to maintain client relationships while accessing trusted legal expertise.
Emma has worked at Trethowans for over 35 years and has undertaken a number of roles across different teams during that time. Her understanding of the legal sector and long-standing professional relationships make her ideally placed to support and grow the United Law community.
