In multi track civil cases hearings are increasingly listed in person since the introduction of Costs Management. Our team have a wealth of experience in dealing with these hearings and can do so at rates that compare favourably with Counsel.
Our Charges
We charge on the basis of an hourly rate although we may be able to agree fixed fees for some hearings, further details of which can be provided upon enquiry.
Reporting
Irrespective of the nature of the instruction we shall report to you by telephone on the day of the hearing wherever possible and provide a full written note within 48 hours.
