Trethowans and West Peak announce ‘Toolkit for Leaders’ partnership to bring you the best in leadership training
In partnership with Trethowans, West Peak will be bringing a series of workshops from their flagship ‘Summit Leadership Programme™’ that are designed to help performance development.
The programme is aimed at leaders of all levels, from emerging leaders to experienced C-suite. Participants will take away how to deliver results that cascade through the business, increase Employee Lifetime Value (ELTV) and engineer growth.
Each workshop will be aligned with Trethowans’ Employment Training: A Toolkit for Leaders. These sessions will offer leaders practical methods and tips to manage common staffing issues whilst giving them an understanding of the legal issues that can arise and how to lawfully tackle them.
The combination of these sessions will help participants improve their overall approach to leadership and ultimately increase performance and output.
