Amrita completed her training contract with the firm and qualified into the Corporate team in March 2023. Amrita started as a paralegal in the Corporate team before commencing her training contract. She remained in the Corporate team for her first seat and then subsequently worked with the Employment and Insurance & Regulatory teams.
More recently she has completed a secondment with Meridian Corporate Finance to apply her corporate legal experience and help develop her knowledge on the business and financial aspects of corporate transactions. She then returned to finish her final seat with the Corporate team where she has now qualified.

- Has experience working on Management Buyouts whilst in the corporate team and on secondment.
