Tim is a highly experienced Solicitor specialising in residential property law. He qualified in 1997 and has spent his career in Devon, Berkshire and, since 2002, in Wiltshire.
Formerly a Partner of a Devizes firm, Tim joined Trethowans as an Associate in July 2008 as Head of the Residential Property Team, and was promoted to Senior Associate in 2010 and then Partner at the start of April 2011.
Tim’s expertise is in all areas of residential conveyancing – sales, purchases, mortgages – whether of a tiny bit of land to multi-million pound properties.
Since being at Trethowans, Tim constantly strives to offer the public the very best conveyancing ever improving through innovative ideas. He continuously demands that his Team are not standard ‘9 to 5 workers’ but in fact provide clients with the best value for money in the area, whether through the quality of legal advice, documentation, client communication and simply going ‘that extra mile’.
Tim maintains an open invitation to Estate Agents to treat him as a free point of contact for running by him any legal issue that they may encounter and want a second opinion on, and even staff training in basic conveyancing.
