Fern graduated with a First Class Honours in 2019 from the University of the West of England (UWE) and after taking a year out to travel and work she returned to UWE to complete her LPC.
Fern began her position as a Trainee Solicitor in September 2023, having already been at the firm for a couple of years as a Legal Secretary. Fern’s first seat was in our Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Team based in our Southampton Office where she assisted on a variety of cases including accidents at work, road traffic accidents, criminal injuries, asbestos-related conditions, brain and spinal injuries as well as cases of delayed diagnosis and medical negligence generally.
Fern is currently undertaking her second seat in our Agriculture and Rural Property Team based in our Salisbury Office
Notable work highlights
- Assisting with high value land transactions, overages and options for properties such as estates, farms and commercial premises (e.g. solar farms).
