Fern is a Solicitor in the Personal Injury team, based in our Southampton office.

Fern has experience in handling cases regarding accidents at work, road traffic accidents, criminal injuries, asbestos-related conditions, brain and spinal injuries as well as cases of delayed diagnosis and medical negligence generally.

Fern graduated with a First Class Honours in 2019 from the University of the West of England (UWE) and after taking a year out to work and travel she returned to UWE to complete her LPC.

Notable work highlights

  • Assisting with high value land transactions, overages and options for properties such as estates, farms and commercial premises (e.g. solar farms).
