Charlotte is a Solicitor in the Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence team based in the Salisbury office. Charlotte joined Trethowans in June 2026 following qualification as a Solicitor in September 2025.
During her training and early career, Charlotte gained valuable experience developing a client-focused approach. She is passionate about helping individuals who have suffered injuries, guiding them through the legal process and working to secure the compensation and support they need to move forward with confidence.
Charlotte appreciates that pursuing a claim often comes at a difficult time in a client’s life. She takes pride in providing clear, practical advice, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring they feel supported throughout their case.
Her experience includes assisting and advising on a wide variety of personal injury matters, including road traffic accidents, workplace accidents and public liability claims. She has also assisted on complex, high-value medical negligence claims, including cases involving cauda equina syndrome, birth injuries, failure to monitor chronic conditions and fatal accidents.
