Alice joined our Personal Injury team in late 2023 having completed her training contract, in 2019, and gaining experience as a solicitor in medical negligence law at a large national law firm.
Alice’s experience within medical negligence has allowed her to not only support people through a difficult time, but also investigate and drill into the nuance of medical treatment. Alice takes pride in being able to shoulder the burden of a legal case for her clients, in their time of need, and secure an outcome which can afford them the best opportunity to rebuild their lives.
She has gained experience in a large variety of case types, ranging from stillbirth, to delay in diagnosis of cancer cases, and assisted on complex cases of maximum severity, such as birth injury, complex neurological claims, amputation cases and Bariatric claims.
Notable work highlights
- Independently running a case concerning a negligently performed cholecystectomy valued at over a million pounds.
- Successfully settling a fatal case concerning a delay in diagnosis of lung cancer for a six-figure sum for the widow.
- Drafting a complex schedule of loss for a case valued at 65 million pounds. Supporting mothers with various stillbirth claims, reaching swift settlement following an early letter of notification, based on the Defendant Trust’s own internal investigations.
