Testimonials
What our clients say about Katie
“Everyone we dealt with at the company was very professional. They are good at using technology to speed things up. Our particular contact was Katie Bickerstaff. She was very efficient, available when we needed her to answer a question but otherwise she got on with business and got our deal done in excellent time. Highly recommended.”
“Trethowans, and Katie Bickerstaff, in particular always provide an excellent, direct, straightforward value for money service. Phone calls are answered immediately, emails swiftly in a professional, but very human and clear mannerism, with accuracy and integrity. Supporting staff are well informed with direct communication routes to their lawyers which gives you complete confidence.”
“The service was first class. We were kept informed all the way through the process with everything carried out promptly and efficiently. Katie Bickerstaff was friendly and professional and the information packs and reports we were sent where clear and easy to understand. I cannot recommend them highly enough.”
“We can highly recommend Katie Bickerstaff & her colleagues who provided us with friendly & professional conveyancing on the sale of my late uncle’s property. Great communication between all parties and nothing was too much trouble.”
