I qualified in 2009 and have always been a member of Resolution. I uphold their Code of Practice and offer my clients proactive solutions in a constructive manner. I assist my clients with all aspects of family work – advising upon divorce and financial separation, arrangements for children, and pre and post nuptial agreements.
In 2013 I trained as a Collaborative Lawyer, which offers my clients a further option to resolve issues arising out of separation. This option allows the parties to take control of how they separate, with the assistance of their solicitors. Arrangements are dealt with in a dignified manner, with face to face meetings (known as “four-way” meetings) being held throughout.
In 2015 I qualified as an “all issues” Mediator. In 2018 I gained accredited status as a Mediator and so I am able to offer clients an initial Mediation, Information and Assessment Meeting, when deciding whether a Court application needs to be made.
