Personal injury lawyer appointed Vice President of the Dorset Law Society
James Braund, a Partner in Trethowans’ Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence team, has been appointed as Vice President of the Dorset Law Society.
The Dorset Law Society, established in 1835, represents the interests of the solicitor’s profession and its members practising in the county of Dorset. It aims to promote the highest ethical and professional standards and participate in law reform consultation in the public interest.
James Braund joined the Society as a committee member in 2019.
James said: “I am delighted to have been chosen to take on the role of Vice President of the Dorset Law Society. The DLS does a fantastic job in bringing lawyers in Dorset together, ultimately assisting the standard of legal service offered to clients across the county as a whole. It fits well with Trethowans’ collaborative approach.”
