He regularly advises on a wide range of employment issues, including drafting and reviewing employment documentation, managing complex workplace matters such as restructures, TUPE, discrimination and whistleblowing, and advising on the employment aspects of business acquisitions and disposals.

Andrew is recognised for his pragmatic and collaborative approach, helping clients navigate sensitive and high-risk situations with confidence.

He is also a regular speaker at employment law seminars and delivers tailored training and legal updates to HR professionals, managers and leadership teams.

Notable work highlights

  • Advising on a large business restructure following a company acquisition, including TUPE implications and collective consultation.
  • Securing the early strike out of numerous, and potentially costly, discrimination and unlawful deductions claims in the Employment Tribunal.
  • Supporting a client with the negotiation of TUPE provisions in an outsourcing agreement with cross-border implications.
  • Successfully negotiating the departure of a senior manager engaged under a UK employment contract, based in a foreign jurisdiction.
