Harlen joined Trethowans as a Banking and Finance Paralegal in September 2024. He has since enrolled onto our Graduate Solicitor Apprentice programme, under which he is studying for his Solicitors Qualifying Exams (SQE).
Harlen assists on broad range of transactions for companies and individuals, both borrower and lender-side, and is committed to building and maintaining client relationships.
Notable work highlights
- Assisted on a £40,000,000 Revolving Credit Facility made available to a national plant and machinery provider.
- Assisted on a £30,000,000 Secured Facilities Agreement made available to a leading retail chain.
- Acted for various major high street banks in relation to waivers and amendments to financial covenants and loan facility arrangements.
- Assisted a global talent solution group as borrower regarding an amendment and restatement of their existing facility arrangements totalling c.£24,000,000.
