Trethowans launches new Residential Property offering in Bournemouth

Trethowans has bolstered its residential property offering in the Dorset area with Lucy Spollin heading up a new Residential Property team covering Bournemouth and the New Forest.

The new team will advise clients on high-value property transactions and prime residential property, including city and countryside acquisitions and disposals, and complex property financing. This will complement the firm’s Residential Property offering in Poole, which is headed up by longstanding Partner Mark Daniels.

Trethowans is the only firm in Dorset which is recognised for its work in High Value Residential in the Chambers High Net Worth Guide 2023 (National Leaders – Outside London). The firm is also recognised for its work in private wealth law.

The Chambers High Net Worth Guide states: “Our clients expect a certain high standard which always needs to be taken into account when we introduce third-party firms. Trethowans has always provided the level of service we would expect, and on many occasions exceeded this.”

Lucy, who began her career in the Bournemouth and the New Forest area said, “I’m excited to be back in Dorset whilst also specialising in property within the New Forest.  These are regions I know and understand very well.
