Trethowans sees promotion in residential property team

Trethowans is celebrating another promotion as residential property lawyer, Mariana Crawford, is appointed as senior associate.

Mariana, who is based in Trethowans’ Salisbury office, joined the firm in 2016 and has since played a vital role in the team’s growth and development plans, securing a high volume of new business from multiple housing developers.

During her career, Mariana has gained extensive experience of all types of property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages and buying at auction, with a particular focus on the conveyancing of new builds and secured lending.

“Buying a house can be extremely stressful, especially during these uncertain times and with the added burden of the Coronavirus, but I enjoy working closely with clients to ensure that the process runs as smoothly as possible” says Mariana. “As a firm, Trethowans shares in my vision and values and has always provided me with the support that I need to deliver such a high quality of service.”
