Codie is an Apprentice Solicitor in the Agricultural and Rural Property team. She began her career with the firm in 2021 and achieved her CILEX Diploma in Law in August 2024, attaining paralegal status. Codie is now furthering her studies and undertaking her SQE Apprenticeship.
Codie is known for her calm, client-focused approach and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Her focus is making the often-stressful process of conveyancing as smooth and understandable as possible. She supports clients with buying and selling homes in rural areas, as well as agricultural property, land, estates, and farms. Working alongside the Agricultural and Rural Property team, Codie helps provide a personal, specialised service that sets Trethowans apart.
Personable and diligent, Codie combines strong attention to detail with creative and logical thinking. She takes time to understand each client’s goals and uses her lateral thinking skills to find practical solutions. Her background as a secretary has given her excellent organisational and administrative abilities, ensuring every matter runs efficiently.
