Jade is an Associate Solicitor with over 10 years of experience in property, specialising in residential development transactions, acquisitions of development land, disposals, conditional contracts, overages, option agreements, development finance, site set up and plot sales. She qualified as a Solicitor in 2016, and since then, has been committed to delivering high-quality, strategic legal advice to house builders, developers, housing associations, and investors.
Jade served as Chair of Women in Property (Solent) from 2024 – 2025, and continues as a Committee Member committed to supporting and empowering women in the property sector. Through a range of events, mentoring programmes, and networking opportunities, she has played a key role in advancing the careers of women in property and promoting diversity within the industry.
Jade also lead a dynamic group of professionals focused on enhancing the role of women in residential property as Head of Legal and Conveyancing Advisory Group for Women in Residential Property. Through this position, she provides thought leadership and help to shape initiatives that promote gender equality, foster career development, and build a collaborative network for women working in this field.
