Katie is a Commercial Property Executive supporting the Commercial Property and Plot Sales teams. She assists on a broad range of commercial property transactions, working with developers, investors, landlords and tenants.
Her role includes supporting the acquisition and disposal of commercial properties, assisting with lease negotiations, including drafting and reviewing key documents. Katie also works within the Plot Sales team to support the sale of residential and commercial plots. Katie’s work within the Plot Sales team includes:
- Managing site documentation, such as contracts, transfers and leases
- Setting up and maintaining data rooms with all relevant legal documents
- Preparing site information sheets to facilitate transactions and minimise buyer enquiries
- Liaising with clients, buyer solicitors and agents to ensure a streamlined sales process
Katie works closely with lawyers, developers and other stakeholders to provide proactive support, helping clients achieve their commercial objectives.
